Your mission
As a property manager at Intea, you will lead the management of our community properties in Östersund, Härnösand, and Ånge. With personnel responsibility for eight employees, you will drive both daily operations and long-term development, always focusing on quality, sustainability, and close relationships with tenants. The role is based at our office in Östersund but also includes regular travel as part of the job.

The position is security classified, which means you will need to undergo a security review.

Examples of tasks:

• Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and development of our properties
• Personnel and work management responsibility
• Budget and forecasting work as well as follow-up on finances/net operating income
• Customer and tenant relations, including leasing of vacant premises
• Preparation of maintenance plans and implementation of projects and measures
• Responsible for regulatory requirements, inspections, and service agreements

We are looking for someone with solid experience and high competence in property management. You are confident in your professional role and contribute to a positive work environment. You are service-oriented, have a natural talent for building long-term relationships, and thrive in close dialogue with tenants and employees. You combine an operational approach with the ability to see the big picture and develop property management in the long term.

We are looking for you who have the following experiences and qualifications:

• Relevant education in real estate, economics, engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Several years of experience in property management
• Experience working with commercial properties, including responsibility for tenant relations and leasing
• Documented experience of personnel responsibility
• Good knowledge in budget work, follow-up, and financial management
• Good knowledge of local lease agreements
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
• Driver's license B
